High speed autofocus Incorporating an inner focus drive system and stepping motor, the 25mm f/1.4 II Leica DG Summilux ASPH is capable of smooth, silent operation and works with the cameras high-speed, high-precision contrast AF system for both photo and video recording. The advanced AF motor allows you to capture sharp images of fleeting moments. Outstanding optical performance The optical construction is comprised of 9 elements arranged in 7 groups, including 2 aspherical elements and 1 UHR (Ultra High Refractive) index lens element. Together they achieve a uniform optical performance from the center to the corners of the image. Panasonic's Nano Surface Coating is also applied to minimize ghosts and flare. Weather sealed construction To be able to cope with heavy field use, the Panasonic Lumix 25mm f/1.4 II Leica DG Summilux ASPH features a dust and weather sealed construction with rubber gaskets. An highly appreciated feature which makes it an ideal companion for the professional cameras in the Micro Four System.
